Anastasios Nestoras, Ph.D. graduated from the University of Athens, Greece. He has earned his M.B.A. and Ph.D. from Pacific States University in Los Angeles, Ca., specializing in nutrition, strength development programs, weight loss/ management, and health concerns such as diabetes, heart condition, cholesterol and blood pressure. Through a nutritional evaluation and the use of a phase contrast microscope, Dr. Nestoras is able to demonstrate the impact a person's lifestyle has on health.Anastasios Nestoras, Ph. Dr. Nestoras has been honored with numerous national awards for outstanding achievements in his field and has taught courses in health and fitness at Loyola Marymount University, Pacific State University, and various high schools and elementary schools in California.
